You have a guarantee of 90 days to ask for a refund.
To make a return, your item must be in the condition that you received it (excluding use of electrodes). It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase without contacting customer service.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.
Once the return is approved, your refund will then be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are free, a return voucher will be sent to you by email.
